Tom Warwick - ChairmanTom is currently the Group Chairman of Warwick Fabrics. The Warwick Fabric business is family owned and operated. Tom’s family business has been supplying the Australian Furnishing Industry since 1966.
Tom has been Chairman of the Australian Motor Sport Foundation since its inception in 2001.

Andrew Papadopoulos – DirectorAndrew Papadopoulos attained his Marketing and Business Studies qualifications while in London in the early 1970s. He returned to Sydney to complete his Economics Degree at Macquarie University. Andrew was employed in marketing in London and, on his arrival home, spent three years in the public service. In 1985 he started and developed his own business of pallet manufacturing, recycling, repairing and marketing, which is in its 25th year of operation. |

Andrew is a Board member and President of CAMS and is a Life Member of the Alfa Romeo Owners Club of Australia. Andrew has been involved in motor sport for over 30 years as a competitor in Classic Rallying and is current competitor on the circuit in his Alfa sports sedan. All of the Papadopoulos family are involved in motor sport with wife, Janice, an organiser and senior official, son, Mark, a sports sedan competitor and other son, Christopher, an F1 engineer with Renault in the UK.

John Schaap - DirectorJohn was til September 2004, Managing Director of Burswood Ltd. The major entertainment and casino company in Perth, WA, and left following the takeover by PBLLtd. His experience includes more than 25 years with QANTAS, where he held key positions of General Manager-Australia and prior to that Director of Airline Operations, and General Manager-Passenger Services.
He was also Chief Executive of Air Pacific in Fiji, Managing Director of Australian Airlines and following the merger with QANTAS left the airline industry to head American Express for Australia, New Zealand |

and the Pacific as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.
John was Managing Director of the hotel and property group Thakral Holdings and has been a director of a number of organisations and companies over the years including American Chamber of Commerce, the Business Council of Australia, Tourism Council of Australia, the Australian F1 Grand Prix - Adelaide and Tourism Victoria. More recently he has held the position of Director of the WA Chamber of Commerce, the Australian Gaming Council, and the Australian Casino Association.

Geoff Morgan - DirectorGeoff Morgan fulfilled his childhood dream of living in the Australian Bush when he became a Woolclasser following his completion of Rural Studies. After five years working in the country in both Australia and New Zealand, Geoff spent several years in the shipping industry. While working in this industry he realised another ambition of starting his own restaurant in Surry Hills, Sydney. Geoff travelled overseas on a working holiday and secured a job in the recruitment industry in London. The experience in London has been a great source of reference for the rest of his career in the recruitment industry. |

Geoff’s great love has always been working with and learning from people. His other great passions include motor racing and snow skiing. Geoff, together with Andrew Banks, founded Morgan & Banks in 1985 and grew the company to become the dominant recruitment force in Australia and Asia. Morgan & Banks was publicly listed in 1995 and sales grew to over $700 million prior to its acquisition by TMP/Monster.com in 1999. Geoff and Andrew have co-authored four books on recruiting and currently work in their investment company, Morgan & Banks Investments, which has a wide range of interests including property development and operating businesses, as well as being a major shareholder and director of Talent2 International Limited.
In 2004 Geoff and Andrew were the recipients of the Ernst & Young Master Entrepreneur of the Year Award given for sustained success in business.

Drew Ward - DirectorDrew Ward has an outstanding record of management and leadership both in Australia and internationally. He is the current CEO of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and was the General Manager of Operations at the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Prior to that he was Marketing Services Manager and Event Manager at the Australian Grand Prix Corporation and Group Manager of Project Planning and Special Tasks at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.

Russell Kempnick - DirectorRussell is Chairman of publicly listed engineering services company Sedgman Limited and has over 30 years experience in the Australian and International resource industry.He is also a director of CS Energy, a Queensland Government corporation which operates power generation facilities in that state. Russell brings a wealth of business experience to the AMSF board. He is also a very keen motorsport competitor with experience in circuit racing, historic racing and tarmac rallies.

Michael Stillwell - DirectorMichael Stillwell is a director of Stillwell Motor Group, an Australian family business with a $500 million turnover, 550 employees, and which sells about 5,000 new cars a year. As the eldest of five children, four of whom work directly in the business, Michael divides his time between the business and motor racing. As director of the business, Michael coaches and mentors the sales teams across ten dealerships, while controlling and administering capital and general expenditure. |

The business is run by a 7-member board, three of whom are family members. Michael claims the family drives the business but the external directors keep them honest. Michael began his professional education as an apprentice motor mechanic, then later did a certificate of business at Monash in 1993. His professional career encompasses a stint as a motor mechanic and car salesman for the family Ford dealership for about four years, selling corporate jet aeroplanes for another five years, working for Toyota as national sales promotions area manager for three years, and selling computers for five years, before finally returning to the family business, as a sales person initially and later in management. Michael joined the AMSF in December 2008 and has had a long and distingused career in motor sport in Australia.

Mark Skaife - DirectorMark began racing karts in the late 1970s. His first car race was at Amaroo Park in 1984, at the wheel of a Holden Torana XU-1 sports sedan, which was partly built by his father, Russell. On October 29 2008, Mark announced his fulltime retirement as an Australian race-car driver after being a five times winner of the V8 Supercars/Australian Touring Car Championship.

In 2007 he achieved a record 38 round wins in the championship, surpassing the late Peter Brock. He set a Guinness World Record with the fastest speed of 277.16 km/h for a production ute (pick-up truck), driving an HSV Maloo at the Woomera Prohibited Area in 2006. Mark joined the AMSF Board in December 2008.
David White - DirectorDavid has overall responsibility for the acquisition, production and broadcast of sporting content across the Network, including for TEN and the 24-hour digital sports channel ONE. He led the development and is responsible for the ongoing management of ONE – Australia's first commercial digital multi-channel and only free-to-air sports channel, which was launched in March 2009.

David has amassed a broad portfolio of sporting rights for Network Ten and, notably, established both its motorsport and AFL franchises. David joined Network Ten in 1997 and has more than 30 years' experience in the television industry, having held a range of senior executive positions in both metropolitan and regional television operations. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of Telecasters Australia Limited – a public company which owned and operated the TEN affiliate regional stations throughout Northern NSW, Queensland and Northern Territory. Prior to that, he was General Manager of Southern Cross Television in Tasmania where, during his eight year tenure, he was responsible for the establishment of that Network’s expansion throughout the Tasmanian market. David lives in Sydney with his wife Tammy and their two children. His personal sporting passions include motor sport and golf.
David joined the AMSF Board in February 2010.
