Registrations Now Open for AMSF Fitness Camp

The AMSF are conducting the first of two fitness camps at the World class Runaway Bay Sports Super Centre (RBSSC) in the Gold Coast on the 25th – 27th of February.

Formula 1 fitness gurus Phil Young and Glenn Lindsey will give all participants a comprehensive performance report, and be in a great position to apply the skills and technique learnt from the camp to increase their physical performance during the 2011 season and beyond.

This is a must for all young Australians aspiring to compete at the highest levels of motor sport both here in Australia (including at state level) and internationally.

The AMSF would like to offer a reduced price of $1500 to compensate for the late notice. The second fitness camp is scheduled for July 2011. Click here for more detail.
