Continuation of Logbooks

If your logbook is full, you will require a logbook continuation. Please complete the following steps:

Send in the current full logbook

FEE

A fee of $30 is payable and must be sent with the logbook. If the logbook is required before that time a $40 priority fee applies making the total fee $70.
