Graduate Advisory Committee

The AMSF Graduate Advisory Committee (GAC) provides a valuable service to the AMSF and the Adelaide Medical Students' Society though liaising with medical alumni and engaging graduates. The GAC also provides guidance to both the Board and the Student Committee on the views of graduates regarding initiatives of the AMSF and of matters relevant to graduates.

The Committee can assist in seeking out graduates who may be interested in supporting the activity of the AMSF through bequeathing funds, offering student placements, fundraising activities and assisting with events. These could include reunions, reunion tours, educational activities, or anything else of interest.

The GAC was created by the AMSF Board, and is guided by the Regulations and By-Laws of the AMSF. Membership of the Committee is open to any graduate of the University of Adelaide Medical School. The Committee meets approximately three times per year.

If you would like any further information regarding the AMSF Graduate Advisory Committee, are aware of upcoming or future reunions, or want to express an interest in becoming further involved in the Foundation, please contact the GAC chair Dr Victoria Langton at gac.chair@amsf.org.au
