Board of Director Positions
The Adelaide Medical Students' Foundation is governed by a board of directors, comprised of:
- One Patron Director
- Three Graduate Directors
- Three Student Directors
- One Financial Director
- One Information Technology Director
Student Directors on the Foundation Board must be a person who is currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree at the University of Adelaide. They are elected by secret ballot at the Board AGM.
Board of Director Elections
Applications for Student Director for 2026-2027 are NOW OPEN, closing 31st October 2025.
All applicants must submit the Application Form. Applicants are encouraged to provide other supporting documents deemed appropriate, such as a curriculum vitae to secretary@amsf.org.au; however, candidates should be aware that long documents may not be read.
The election of Directors by the Board is governed by a set of Regulations and By-Laws. These provide guidance for applications and election timelines, among other matters. Please find the relevant Regulations and By-Laws provided at the bottom of this page.
